After a busy week, I decided to go and do my favourite walk, Batheaston, to Sydney Gardens as I needed to chill and switch off from the walk as it was busy. I caught the Bus on Saturday (26th June) and headed to Batheaston.
As usual, the Ducks were showing off their funny characters.
Then the Blackbird caught my eye; he was enjoying his breakfast.
After sitting watching the ducks, I went into the little Garden at Batheaston and played with my light ball, which you will have to see in my other photos with my light ball. I haven't used it in my photography in ages, so it was good to have some fun with it.
There were some lovely flowers in the Garden.
While photographing the flowers, I spotted this lovely insect.

I left the Garden and started walking to the Canal; some more lambs were out in the field.
As I got onto the towpath and headed towards Sydney Gardens, it was nice to see various things to capture.
When I arrived at the Sydney Gardens, my safe place as I love the Gardens, I cannot wait to see how it will look after the re-development. I sat on the bench, and just people watched and snapped away on what caught my eye.
After my time at the Gardens, I headed to Henrietta Park, stop at the shop on the way to grab some lunch. When I got to the Park, I sat on a bench having my lunch and reading my book for an hour which was nice to chill and gave me a break from my camera.
After my break, I walked around the park, practising with my Lens Ball again.
After playing with my Lens Ball, I went to the Remembrance Garden, which my therapist told me about in the park. It was the most amazing garden. It was peaceful, tranquil and my therapist told me you could smell the flowers in the Summer, which she was right as it smelled amazing. I spent time taking photos and just sitting there enjoying the surroundings around me.
After my lovely morning out, it was time to head home.
