Today is such a beautiful day, with lovely blue skies instead of the grey dank skies, as I was losing my mojo as we kept getting grey skies.
Today was to go somewhere new. I decided to go to Slimbridge and park in the car park, which was accessible to get to the Canal and start my walk. I was super excited to practice shooting the manual with some actual light.
As I headed off, I wasn't sure which way to go, so as I got on the bridge, I went left and only could walk so far as the rest of the path was private for moorers only. It looked like on the other side; you could walk further.
Here is a couple of photos from this side of the Canal.
As I walked back to the road crossed over and headed along the towpath.
There were so much to see. In the field, to the left, the Geese was enjoying breakfast.

And lots of people enjoyed being on the Canal as it was a nice day.
As I carried on walking, I loved taking in the sights; it was so pretty.
There was some more rowing activity going on.

Then, I managed to capture a lovely swan in the air to my excitement.
I continued; I couldn't believe how beautiful and tranquil the Canal was.
I could see a second bridge insight and thought that was the opportunity to reach that point before turning around to head back.
As I headed back, I only took a few photos as I wanted to soak in the beauty, the sun, and tranquillity until I got back to the last section, when it started to get busy.
It was a wonderful morning exploring; I enjoyed the walk. I will be doing this route again, hopefully with more research and studying the track a bit more.
