Life is so busy, and my blog has taken a back seat. I am working on my Care Certificate, which is consuming my time at the moment, social engagements and finding time to go out with my camera. Thank you for bearing with me; I hope to return to doing my blog more frequently. Today I have been editing my photos while having breaks from my Care Certificate.
On 5th February 2023, I went to Cerney Gardens in North Cerney to visit the snowdrops. They have such wide varieties, and I wanted to return after my visit last year.
It didn't disappoint; the snowdrops were out in force.
As I was exploring, the Red Kite got my attention, there was a gate to the field, which I didn't realise we could walk out there, so off I went to explore and caught site of squirrels, rabbits and Pheasant, but I couldn't manage to capture them, but I did of the Red Kite.
There were the little birds as well, but they didn't want to play, but capture this one to give you an idea, as it's not the best shot.

After my time here, I wasn't ready to go home, as the Sun was shining, so I searched on Google for places to explore Moulden Country Park in Swindon and decided to go there.
I had no idea what to expect as I drove to Swindon and arrived at my destination. I saw a sign for Swindon and Cricklade Railway but decided not to explore that way.
As I started walking along the track to the lake, I spotted a Robin.

As I got to the lake, the Mallards caught my attention.
The seagulls

The Moorhen steeled the show, especially when they managed to pinch the bread from the Seagull, and the Seagull ended up chasing it.
As I left that point, I started walking around the lake and noticed that there were fields to the side which you probably could walk in but decided not to explore.
As I continued walking, looking across the lake, I noticed the dogs eyeing up the swan.

I reached back to the starting point and noticed that was the place of action, as everyone fed them there. I returned to the car and headed home after enjoying the sunshine and making the most of it.
