Woodland Gardens at Bowood

On Sunday (23rd May), I decided to go to the Woodland Gardens at Bowood. Even though Bowood is on my doorstep, this is the first time I have been to the Woodland Gardens. The Gardens are only open from April to June, so a short time.

When I got there, the weather was nice, and as I was walking around, the heavens opened and took shelter under a tree until it passed. It was a shame the weather wasn't brilliant as I would have spent longer.

I did love going round the woodlands; I was surprised how big it was and how many different routes; the colours of the flowers and trees were amazing, so if you do get a chance to go, I highly recommend it.
