Today is World Mental Health Day. As you know, I suffer from my Mental Health, even more so recently. It has taken its time to get over this blip, which I am currently doing step by step and with the help of my Support Network.
Today is about supporting people with Mental Health, Friends, Family, Neighbours etc. And for the people who are going through this are not alone; there are people and support groups who are there to help and listen; please reach out if you are struggling. Everyone's journey with Mental Health is different, but also just as important.

To celebrate this day, I am showing the Slideshow of my favourite place, the New Forest where being out in nature, by the sea, helps me escape my thoughts and the world, allowing me to be in the present.
